Dear Mother Nature, How

Dear Mother Nature,

How dear you are to me,

From the dirt to the sky,

I love you endlessly.

You never cease to amaze.

Your beauty always shining,

Even on the rainy days.

Some abuse and hurt you,

Not treating you like home,

Forgetting all you do.

How can people treat you so?

To others, you are a gift,

And we will never let you go.

We will help you survive.

Without you, we are nothing.

You're the reason we're alive.

It is you I will protect and care for,

With all my will and might,

And my love as deep as your core.

Love,

Citizen of Earth
